END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
You may install the client part of the Software on unlimited number of
computers. Installation of the SERVER part of the Software is limited to one installation per license.
The Software is licensed, not sold. Ultimate Net Tools retains all title to and
ownership of the Software.
FREE UPDATES
Registered users of the software are entitled to free updates whenever they
become available. These updates may include bug fixes and additional
features.
LIMITED WARRANTY
We warrant that if properly installed and operated on a computer for which it is
designed, the Software will perform substantially in accordance with its
designed purpose for a period of ninety (90) days from the date the Software is
first obtained by an end-user.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES
ULTIMATE NET TOOLS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL
RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.
ULTIMATE NET TOOLS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE
UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE OR MEET LICENSEE'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Ultimate Net Tools be liable for any damages whatsoever
(including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business
interruption, loss of data, or any other pecuniary loss)
arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Ultimate Net
Tools has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions
prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or
incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
OTHER RESTRICTIONS
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble this software in
any way.
EXPORT RESTRICTIONS
You acknowledge that the Product is of U.S. origin and subject to U.S. export
jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable international and national
laws that apply to the Software, including the U.S. Export Administration
Regulations, as well as end-user, end-use, and destination restrictions issued
by U.S. and other governments.
SEVERABILITY
In the event any provision of this License Agreement is found to be invalid,
illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of any of
the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired and a
valid, legal and enforceable provision of similar intent and economic impact
shall be substituted therefore.
